The uPVC casement window is our most popular style — and every single one is manufactured in-house at our Grimsby factory on the high-specification Selecta Advance 70 system. Top-hung, side-hung, fixed lights, bays and bows: each window is genuinely made to measure for your opening, not adapted from a stock size.
The Advance 70 profile has five thermal chambers (most budget systems have three), taking A-rated double glazing as standard and 40mm triple glazing where you want maximum efficiency. It's a 100% lead-free profile with co-extruded bubble gaskets for a genuinely weathertight seal — and it's available in chamfered (clean and contemporary) or sculptured (softer, timber-look) profiles.

All our replacement windows are energy rated. The Advance 70's five thermal chambers achieve a U-value of 1.1 W/m²K with standard 28mm double glazing — comfortably inside current Building Regulations — and down towards 0.8 W/m²K with 40mm triple glazing. That means a warmer home, less condensation and lower heating bills.
Engineered to protect
The Advance 70 system is tested to PAS 24 and Secured by Design standards, with multi-point locking and internal glazing beads so the glass can't be removed from outside. Optional enhanced-security hardware is available where you want to go further.
Tailored to you
Because we make every window ourselves, the choice is genuinely yours: 18 colour foils (including woodgrains and smooth matt finishes, foiled one or both sides), virtually any bespoke colour via Kolorseal, Georgian bars, leaded designs, obscure glass, and chamfered or sculptured profiles. Vertical sliders and tilt & turn windows are also available — just ask.

How we do it
We survey, manufacture and install — one company, start to finish. A typical full-house window replacement takes one to three days on site, with old frames removed, reveals made good and everything cleaned up at the end of each day. FENSA certification is registered for you automatically.
